Alocasia "Ninja" is a velvety, dark, small-leafed alocasia similar to "Black Velvet". The shimmery white midrib and heart-shaped leaves make it a stand-out specimen! Given enough light, the backs of the leaves will develop a gorgeous maroon blush. "Ninja" is part of the jewel alocasia group, and it's easy to see why!

What it wants:

This Alocasia wants bright, filtered light. Elongated petioles will signify it needs more light. Water thoroughly, but infrequently, as it hates to sit in wet soil. A nice chunky mix will help it get the oxygen it needs below the soil surface, keeping its corm happy and healthy.
